This website serves as a platform for the facilitation of services between the Mentor and Mentee. “Mentor” refers to an individual with the requisite experience and knowledge who is able guide the Mentee. The “Mentee” refers to an individual business owner (or such delegated personnel) of a locally registered business who requires guidance from a Mentor on business related matters. DARe makes no representation or warranty (whether express or implied) as to the advice provided by the Mentor to Mentee in accordance with the applicable law nor accuracy, completeness or validity of the information provided by any of the parties. DARe shall not be liable for any losses or damages of the Mentee further to any such reliance by the Mentee on advice by the Mentor. Professional independent advice should be obtained by the Mentee based on information provided.

DARe reserves the right to make any changes or amendments to these Terms of Service, at its sole discretion without notice to you.

Parties agree that such services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied and subject to the applicable law, DARe disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, accuracy or satisfactory quality. DARe shall under no circumstances be liable to any of the parties, howsoever arising from the services or any provision of this Agreement.

The Mentor and Mentee shall indemnify and hold harmless DARe, its members, directors, employees, agents and affiliates against all such losses, damages, costs and expenses arising out of or in connection of facilitation of services for BMEN.

These Terms of Services shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam and parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Brunei Darussalam.
