Q1: Who is this Masterclass for?
This Masterclass is open to:

MSMEs already enrolled in BEDB’s Tech Enablement Programme (TEP)

Entrepreneurs interested in learning about Zoho Books and potentially joining the TEP
Q2: What are the eligibility criteria?
Participants must meet the following:

Legally registered MSME in Brunei

In operation for at least 6 months

Able to provide a financial track record of at least 3 months

Priority given to those who have joined DARe programmes

Demonstrated commitment to adopting digital tools
Q3: Do I need to be tech-savvy or have prior experience with Zoho Books?
No prior experience is needed. This Masterclass is designed to be beginner-friendly, with step-by-step guidance and live demonstrations.
Q4: Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, participants who complete the full Masterclass will receive a certificate of participation.
Q5: Is this Masterclass free?
Yes, the Masterclass is fully sponsored under BEBD
Q6: How do I sign up for the Tech Enablement Programme if I’m not yet enrolled?
