Abdul Rahman is a dedicated professional with over 40 years of experience in project management, operations, and business, having retired from a successful career at Brunei LNG. After retirement, Abdul Rahman continued to pursue entrepreneurial ventures, owning multiple businesses including a fast-food outlet, a procurement service, and a Balinese spa, among others. Currently serving as General Secretary of the Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DPPMB) and Vice President of the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry Brunei Darussalam, Abdul Rahman is committed to fostering Brunei’s economic growth through youth engagement. Outside of work, Abdul Rahman enjoys exploring new culinary creations, supporting family-led fashion and design projects, and advocating for sustainable business practices. Through mentoring, Abdul Rahman aims to inspire young entrepreneurs to build resilient businesses, drive innovation, and contribute to the local economy. With a hands-on approach, Abdul Rahman hopes to equip mentees with practical skills to overcome challenges and achieve sustainable growth.

My career has been dedicated to guiding businesses in leveraging technology for growth and efficiency, and I’m passionate about making a meaningful impact through innovative, scalable solutions. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, a sport that sharpens my focus and strategy—skills that also translate well into my professional life. Through mentoring, I hope to share insights into strategic leadership and effective decision-making, while learning from fresh perspectives. She is passionate about entrepreneurship, digital transformation, and creating opportunities for women and young leaders across the Asia-Pacific. Aimi has served in leadership and advisory roles with regional and international organisations and is a frequent speaker on innovation, technology, and inclusive economic development.
