I am Dr. Basirat Olaide Raimi, an accomplished professional in business development, education, and social entrepreneurship with a passion for mentoring. As the CEO of Plastic Entrepreneurship Ventures Ltd. and a research fellow at Ramhaaz Research and Policy Analysis, I am deeply involved in driving innovative solutions and supporting emerging businesses. My academic achievements include a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship, along with expertise in economics, human resources, and counseling. Additionally, I serve as a peer reviewer and have published extensively on entrepreneurship in Nigeria and internationally. Through the Brunei Mentors for Entrepreneurs Network (BMEN), I aspire to guide entrepreneurs in building sustainable, impactful ventures and to inspire them to think creatively and ethically. Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy reading, traveling, and discussing contemporary issues. My goal in mentoring is to empower others to achieve success and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
