Nadiah started her career in 2012, and has held key important roles since then. Some of her noteworthy achievements include leading the first Physical Asset Verification for BLNG in 2013, leading the replacement of legacy Data Management System in 2021. During COVID, she was the lead in the development of risk management for Workforce returning to site protocol, including Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for conducting ART for all workforce: Pre-arrival declaration, ART staging area for Staff and for Contractors at their accommodation. Nadiah is certified Lean Practioner, Causal Learning Facilitator, ISPS Lead Auditor and she is the first local female in BLNG to be certified as the SHELL Qualified Assessor for HSSE critical position. On her free time, she enjoys a quiet time at home, learning new things and sharing of best practices with others.
