With nearly three decades of experience in the public sector and extensive expertise in law, intellectual property (IP), governance, leadership, and strategic stakeholder engagement, I am passionate about mentoring and empowering individuals to realise their potential and achieve their professional and entrepreneurial goals. Drawing on my experience as the inaugural Director of the Brunei Intellectual Property Office (BruIPO), former Chair of the ASEAN Working Group on Intellectual Property Cooperation (AWGIPC), Head of Corporate Services at Armada Properties Sdn Bhd, and founder of iPvista Services, I provide practical guidance, share valuable insights, and support mentees in navigating professional challenges, strengthening their capabilities, and developing the confidence to grow and succeed. Through mentorship, I aim to foster meaningful learning, encourage innovation, and contribute to the development of capable, resilient, and purpose-driven leaders and entrepreneurs.
